Prashant joined the family business in 1989 after completing his degree in Production Engineering with honors from the prestigious BIT Mesra, Ranchi, India.
His passion for design of machines and electronic integration & interfacing of systems, which was a successful project during his engineering studies helped him develop various types of machines, especially after the company shifted focus to manufacture of CNC machines.
Prashant has been instrumental in training and setting up focused teams which help build automated & intelligent machines and also support them on customer sites. His hands on approach has been a motivating factor for constant up-gradation of workforce and also imparting knowledge through years of experience in Machine Tool Development.
