TWINTURN XL is an Extra Heavy Duty Double Spindle, Double Saddle, Four Axis machine (which is effectively two machines in one body).
It results in
- Higher output per Operator
- Higher Output per Sq foot of Shop Floor Space
- Lesser movement between machines (Component finished on one machine in 2 set ups)
TWINTURN XL has been built for machining heavy duty chucking jobs like Flywheels, Flanges, Bull Gears, Hubs, Alloy Wheels, etc. It is provided with an Integral Jib Crane with Electric Hoist for easy loading/unloading of jobs and also transfers of job between spindles.
